Our secure, gated, 11-story affordable senior apartment building features one-bedroom and studio floor plans. Many have spectacular views of Buckhead’s skyline or tree-lined streets.

Calvin Court is currently on a lease hold until renovations are complete. However, you may still apply and join our waitlist (currently expected to be two years).

Calvin Court’s Independent Living options are perfect for people who want to maintain their current independent lifestyle without the responsibility of home maintenance. You’ll have the freedom to work out, play, volunteer, spend time with family and friends, and travel freely, knowing someone is always looking after your home while you’re away.

Qualifying for affordable housing:

Residents must be active older adults, 62 years of age or better, and meet the Gross Income Limit. Rent is based on 30% of an applicant’s adjusted gross income (AGI) and is subsidized by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
