Founders Club: The Tradition Begins

Wow! What a start for what will be the first Life Plan Community in the Athens area. With the opening of our design center and the beginning of our priority appointments, Presbyterian Village Athens is setting records in the world of start-up life plan communities. The pace of pre-sales is a testimony to the convenient location, outstanding amenities, and high quality continuum of care that will serve the Athens community for years to come.

In May of this year, we began conducting priority appointments for our Pathfinder Priority members. In these initial appointments, Pathfinders meet with their Sales Counselor, explore the lighted scale model and kitchen, review floor plans, and select their future home and location. For those Pathfinders that decide to place their 10% deposit on their home, we welcome them as freshman members of our Founders Club program. With each new member the excitement is building and, currently, we are just over 40% of the way to our goal and the ground breaking for Presbyterian Village Athens!

In the coming months, Presbyterian Village Athens will be conducting educational luncheons in our area and discussion sessions for our Pathfinder Priority and Founders Club members.
